This policy covers the growlyfi.io marketing website only. It does not cover the GrowlyFi platform, the demo environment at demo.growlyfi.com, or the GrowlyFi API. Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

Information you send us. The contact form on this website does not send your details to our servers. When you use it, your own email app opens a draft message addressed to [email protected] containing the details you entered. We receive that information only if you send the email. The same applies when you email us directly.

Technical information. When you visit the website, your browser automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Our hosting and network providers process this information to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

The website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and to deliver the website. The website loads its fonts from our own servers rather than from third-party font services.

• To deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
• To keep business records of our correspondence.

We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to run the website. They process information on our behalf to provide their services:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Cloudflare, which provides DNS, content delivery and security for the website.
• Our email provider, which receives and stores messages sent to [email protected].

These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

We keep emails and enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, continue our conversation and maintain business records, and then delete them. Our providers keep technical logs for the periods set by their own policies.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

The website links to other websites and services, including the demo environment. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
