These terms cover the website only. Access to and use of the GrowlyFi platform, the demo environment and the GrowlyFi API are subject to separate terms. Nothing on the website creates an agreement to provide the platform or any service.

The website describes GrowlyFi for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but features, documentation and other content may change without notice. Interface images on the website are illustrations, and the figures they show are sample data rather than customer results.

The API documentation describes the API’s current behaviour. Check your integration against the live API, and do not rely on the documentation alone for decisions that matter to your business.

When using the website, you must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users’ data;
• disrupt or overload the website, or introduce malicious code;
• scrape or copy the website in bulk by automated means, except as permitted by search engine indexing.

The website, including its text, design, graphics and the GrowlyFi name and logo, belongs to GrowlyFi or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and you may copy the code examples in the API documentation to build integrations with GrowlyFi. Any other use requires our written permission.

The website links to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, GrowlyFi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
